從「在地」走向「全球在地（Glocalization）」，以「邁向永續轉型」作為目標，從促進「循環永續的環境」、「深耕地方的文化」及「公平包容的社會」三大轉型面向，鏈結全球在地行動網絡，讓台灣向國際學習、也將台灣經驗帶向國際。進而從在地與全球的教學與社會實踐中，培養出具在地關懷與全球視野的國際移動實踐人才。

我們的方法

​

以「共培—共事—共創」的方法，進行「合作傳遞」（co-deliver）轉譯與擴散價值願景。在前期初步嘗試的國際合作基礎上，進一步發展全球在地的行動網絡，比如深化擴大自2019年與英國創意藝術大學就循環經濟與草根維修運動所開啟的合作；又比如聚焦循環農村與里山倡議，計畫甫於2022秋年，以永續城鄉課程與日本龍谷大學政策學部開啟國際教學合作。本期計畫將建立更多與國際的鏈結，期使本計畫的大學師生參與串連有助於全球在地邁向循環永續的行動網絡，並與計畫的合作社群合力探找與實踐永續轉型的解方。

University Social Responsibility Project -

Transitions toward Sustainability: The Glocalization Practice of the City as a Commuseum.

On the road to achieve globalization, with the goal of striving towards sustainable transition, we hope to achieve “Circular and Sustainable Environment”, “Caring Local Culture”, “Fair and Inclusive Society” and building the globalization action network, enable us to learn from other countries and communities, and bring Taiwan’s experience toward the international community. Through teaching and social practice, the program aims to cultivate talented personnel with local-caring heart and global vision.

Our methods

​

Working together to co-deliver our value and message. Based on the initial international cooperation, we will further develop global and local action networks, such as deepening and expanding the cooperation with the University for the Creative Arts in the U.K on the circular economy and maintenance movement since 2019 and focus on circular farming and Satoyama Initiative, we plan to start and international co-teaching program with Ryukoku University Faculty of Policy Science in Japan on the curriculum of sustainable urb-anism in the fall of 2022. In this phase of program. establishing more international links, with the goal of getting more college teachers and students to engaging the practice of globalization and building circular and sustainable action network, and working with our partners to exploring the solutions for sustainable transition.
